Character Info: Saris began his life as Irizi’ari’nerus, living a relatively peacefully on Copero until he accidentally revealed himself as Force-sensitive. When given the choice between suppressing the power with treatments or exile, however, his parents made the choice for him. They all left Chiss space together, and his parents raised him on Alderaan where they’d become diplomatic advisors to the Organas and changed their names. Irizi’ari’nerus became Kryys’ari’sahrin. He spent much of his time playing in the open fields and occasionally messing with his powers for little things such as plucking fruits from trees, but no more than that until a Jedi by the name of Lisian offered to take him in and train him. His parents thought it would be great for him to learn more, despite Saris’ disagreement that he didn’t want to learn more, and thus they agreed to send him off to Tython. Tython was a strange experience for Saris. He found connecting to the Force in the way the Jedi did difficult as he’d always just let it flow freely when playing around with it, and kept talking to the ghosts of the past that could be found. Whether it was in a diplomatic manner or one less so. The befriending of a young Togruta girl named Nesha made his time easier, but it wasn’t until on a mission to Coruscant where he encountered a Twi’lek Sith by the name of Lilas that he found his true path. It was there among the Sith order he discovered his affinity with Sith Sorcery and gathered together several other misfits. Bringing him to his more current predicaments.Saris is the sort who can be deeply harsh and unforgiving, yet at the same time kind and gentle to those he believes worthy of that side. Often snide and sarcastic to people he doesn’t believe are worth his time, though a steadfast and worth having ally should you prove your gifts and talents to him. Risks and bonds he makes and forms are carefully calculated, but by what system none can tell as it seems to change based on interest and whim. Strangely for a Sith, Saris has little respect for those who exert power on others for power’s sake, holding a strong belief in leading others by listening and working with their talents and strengths rather than pure exertion of his will over them. It’s a rare sight to see him pull rank in any situation, and generally only when matters are at their most dire. Has an innate curiosity, and his gift with ghosts and the dead either fuels that or lands him into a world of hurt. Exploring old tombs and ruins, making new recipes, and poking at old relics he probably shouldn’t are favorite pastimes of his. Generally Saris is good at keeping up the chaotic, overly cheerful, gremlin child appearance he’s so carefully crafted, but three things are a sure-fire way to cause the facade to falter and shift to either anger or grief. Mentions of the Ascendancy, and the harm of those he deems his close allies, or just being plain rude and not showing him any respect.

Character Info: Arajen was born to the Lavorn tribe on Rattatak, and lived there as peacefully as one can in a group of warring tribes until around twelve years of age. It got out that he could hear the whispers of the dead and was sold off by his father to slavers, believing that the child was cursed and to be removed from their people in order to protect them. His mother, who loved him dearly however, tried to fight for him but to no avail. She gifted the boy a music box which played a lullaby he loved which she sang to him and sent him on his way. This was a fact that brought the slavers a certain level of joy. There was no need to break him as simply permitting him to keep the device kept him passive and fairly controllable.At around fourteen, Arajen was sold off to a wealthy Sith who ran an entertainment den. It wasn’t the worst of people to be forced to serve, though Arajen was never unaware of his lack of freedom. At the least, they were allowed to choose how far into “entertaining” they dove and patrons were expected to respect that. Arajen developed a mysterious but somewhat friendly persona that was popular among patrons and did well as a story-teller/talking companion always of a rather quiet and passive disposition. Half-natural and half-forced. All that changed when another patron made advances on a Togruta woman he considered to be a mentor and wouldn’t back down. Arajen shoved him out of the way, he threw the nearest object (Arajen’s music box), at him, and as he missed and it shattered, Arajen felt an anger like never before well up inside and a blast of uncontrolled Force Lightning hit and killed the patron. By law, Arajen was to be sent to Korriban, a fact the Sith who owned him berated him heavily for.There he survived his trials, met the Deshade Khem Val, became the apprentice to Lord Zash, and learned that he was the descendant of a powerful and forgotten Sith Lord who wished to see his family line restored to its former glory. A rather reluctant Sith, Arajen is the type to act quietly behind the scenes rather than be overt. More pleased to serve someone deserving of his loyalty than be in full power himself. That doesn’t mean he isn’t powerful, however. His talents lie more in subtle but dreadfully nasty sorceries and discerning lies from truths in people. The outwardly quiet nature Arajen possesses hiding a howling storm of strength inside that brings pride to his ancestor.
